Sweet potato appetizers recipe

• 2, 40 ounces, cans sweet potatoes
• 1 stick of butter
• 2 cups bread crumbs
• 2 cups pancake syrup
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to make sweet potato appetizers

• In bowl mash potatoes.
• Add in butter, pancake syrup, salt and pepper.
• Make into golf ball size balls.
• Roll in bread crumbs.
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and bake for 30 minutes.
• Serve as an appetizer or with a ham or turkey dinner.
